The RSS Group will work with the CBRE Broker to determine the clients needs and define the site of analysis and trade area.  We do not work directly with the client as we understand that the Broker's level of real estate knowledge in the market surpasses that of ours.  Our intent is to provide market data and neighborhood and customer analysis to further the Broker in their efforts to find the best business decision for their client.
