Working with CBRE in various roles over the past 20+ years, Ms. Cardona has kept CBRE Retail Services on the cutting edge with ways to use our data sources to help our clients have the most complete and accurate data to help move forward with major decisions for their companies growth.  She has been the lead of the RSS Group since 2004 and has brought innovative ways to approach the use of demographics, segmentation analysis and customer profiling to the forefront of our company processes.  With a strong background in demographics and information management and analysis, her experience is integral to the team and company.

Janice Sloan

Ms. Sloan has an extensive background with real estate information and analysis.  Over a 6-year period she maintained positions overseeing the information gathering for CBRE in Southern California and New York City.  After a period where she held positions at Deloitte & Touche, one of which was Real Estate Consulting, she rejoined CBRE as the Senior Site Selection Analyst with the RSS group.  Creating packages for projects ranging from lifestyle centers to pet stores and assisting in Investment and Consulting packages for a number of teams within CBRE, her analysis and market studies have helped clients approach their real estate decisions more informed about their customers and their needs.
